1.   WHY DOES KXM ONLINE STORES EXIST? WHAT PROBLEM IS IT SOLVING?

Our existence is to address the following problems stated below in the advertising, cryptocurrency, e-commerce and society at large.

- High rate of poverty and unemployment.

- High rates of advertising that usually scare startup/small businesses away from advertising.

- Advertising platforms making so much from monetizing users as their traffic without sharing their profit with the users in return.

- Most crypto currencies out there are only tradeable but not spendable in any markeplace.

- Sellers having to pay platform fees to sell on E-commerce platforms.

Having seen the problems above, the emergence of KXM profers the following as the solution:

- By providing a platform where people get the opportunity to make a living for themselves by selling their goods/services to a large audience with real purchasing power without paying platform fees. 

- By providing affordable advertising as well as sharing the proceeds back to our users in form of free vouchers ($150) being offered on a monthly basis as the medium of releasing our crypto token into circulation; for users to shop at our Onlinestores from a wide range of exclusive items. 

 

 

2.   CAN I PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THE STORE AND PAY FROM MY KXM WALLET?

Yes you can purchase items and pay from your kxm token wallet. However, if you want to get our free voucher of $150, then you must be kyc approved and have a minimum of 3 different active items for sale in the marketplace within your state of location and at least 1 nearby state of your choice.

NOTE: This feature has been put on temporal hold so that the local exchangers as well as sellers won't be over burdened with dumping of tokens by buyers via paying from their wallets. So, for now, make use of your voucher only till 31st Oct. 2019 when this hold will be lifted.

 

 

3.   I'M NOT INTERESTED IN GETTING THE FREE $150 VOUCHER. SO, WHY AM I ASKED TO SUBSCRIBE FOR ACCESS FEE BEFORE I CAN SHOP IN YOUR PLATFORM?

Everyone who wants to access the online stores, must pay for his non-refundable access fee. This gives you the right to acess the site only.  

 

 

4.   WHY MUST I HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 DIFFERENT ACTIVE ITEMS FOR SALE BEFORE I CAN SHOP WITH MY FREE VOUCHER?

We have built an eco-system whereby buyers and sellers transact daily thereby adding value to the community and increasing  the demand for our KXM TOKEN ( KXM ). So, if you must benefit from the KXM eco-system, then you must add your quota to it by selling in the platform too.

 

 

5.   I AM KYC APPROVED AND I HAVE 3 LISTED ITEMS FOR SALE THAT ARE ALSO APPROVED BUT I CAN'T SHOP. WHY?

3 things that make you eligible to spend your free voucher are:

1. You must be kyc approved.
2. You must have at least 3 listed items for sale in the marketplace that have been approved and not sold out.
3. If you have done step 1&2, then you must click inside the small square box beside your voucher balance so that your voucher can be debited for your shopping. If you don't do this, the system will by default debit your wallet. Whereby you don't have enough KXM token in your wallet to pay for your items, or enough ETH for gas fee, your shopping will be declined due to insufficient balance.

 

 

6.    CAN I BUY MORE THAN MY VOUCHER BALANCE?

Yes you can. Upon checking out, select the option to pay with your voucher and the balance payment will be automatically debited from your KXM wallet.

 

 

7.   DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

No you don't have to pay any cost for a seller to ship to you.

 

 

8.   DO YOU CHARGE TRANSACTION FEE FROM SELLERS?

No we don't.

 

 

9.   WHEN DO YOU PAY A SELLER AFTER HE MAKES A SUCESSFUL SALE?

We pay sellers 2 weeks from the day his shipped item to the buyer is updated to DELIVERED by the seller or RECEIVED  by the buyer.

 

 

10.  WHAT PAYMENT METHOD ARE SELLERS PAID WITH?

All transactions in KXM are done with KXM Token. Your are to trade your tokens in the open exchange or with local exchangers. Currently we're working on getting local exchangers in Nigeria to add KXM to their portfolio. These exchangers have their rules and method of operation that's why we're asking the community to show support by patronizing them and they will be airdropped 50 KXM  Tokens each time they buy from them to encourage them to do business with our community.

12.   I WANT TO PLACE MY ADVERT IN YOUR SITE. WHAT PAYMENT METHOD IS ACCEPTABLE?

 KXM Token is the only means of payment acceptable.

 

 

13.  HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR PROFIT THEN SINCE YOU GIVE OUT FREE SHOPPING VOUCHERS WORTH $150 MONTHLY TO CUSTOMERS?

 We will just give you a tip of the iceberg because your question is like asking us to give you the blue print of our success. We monetize our traffic via advertising services and others which we will not disclose here because its our secret for staying ahead of our competitors.

 

 

14.  WHEN IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

Our delivery is 3-10 business days from the day your order is updated to " PROCESSING" by the seller.

16.  WHEN AM I SUPPOSED TO RENEW MY MONTHLY ACCESS FEES?

 You will renew your monthly access fee 30 days from the day you received a free voucher from us. After countdown, the subscribe button will be clickable from your dashboard. Just click it and it will take you to our payment gateway where you are to pay with your KXM Token.


 

17.  I CANNOT ACCESS MY KXM ONLINE STORES ACCOUNT?

Are you signed in? If not, go to kxmonlinestores.com and Click on the Login” link at the upper right corner of your screen, input your KXM Online Stores registered email and password, then submit. If you are signed in, your name will appear at the top right corner if it does not, it means you are not signed up. Click on the register tab, select your preferred type of account (BUYER/SELLER) and supply the details on the form to register as a customer. Ensure to ask the person who referred you for his/her "referral code" and use it as your "sponsor's I:D. Also remember to give yours to your prospects.

 

 

18.  HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page. Enter the email address associated with your KXM Online Stores account and click "Submit." A change password email will be sent to your box, follow the instructions to successfully change your password.

 


19.  CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AND PAY ON DELIVERY?

We currently do not have the pay on delivery option; all payments are made directly online.

21.  WHAT PAYMENT METHOD IS ACCEPTABLE HERE?

The only payment method acceptable here for monthly access fee / renewal, payment to sellers, advertising and top up of your shopping limit should you have items to buy worth more than your limit is KXM Tokens.

 

 

22.  DOES KXM ONLINE STORES DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

KXM Online Stores delivers items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the seller has specified in the listing of that item you are interested in buying, that he will deliver to your location. You can also search for items for sale based on your country and state in the search filter.

 

 

23.  WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

We always work to ensure you get your orders on time nevertheless if you haven’t received your items after the delivery time line, raise a ticket from your back office (quoting your order number, your email and sellers email) and we will give you a feedback.

 

 

24.  WHAT ABOUT WARRANTY AND HIDDEN COSTS (SALES TAX ETC.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

 

 

25.  HOW WILL THE DELIVERY BE DONE?

We process most of our deliveries through a Renowned Delivery Courier. As a marketplace, our featured sellers have the option of making deliveries via other reputable couriers or merchants delivering your order to you themselves.
